At Tariq Meat Shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your meat, we offer a 48-hour return policy.


1. Return Window

You have 48 hours from the time you receive your meat to request a return or replacement. After this period, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement due to the perishable nature of our products.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The meat must be in the same condition in which you received it.

  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • The meat should not have been cooked, altered, or frozen after delivery.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. One of our riders will collect the item from the same address it was delivered to.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either:

  • Issue a full refund, or

  • Deliver fresh replacement meat, based on your preference.


4. Exceptions

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the return request is made after 48 hours of delivery

  • If the item has been mishandled or not stored properly

  • If there is no valid proof of purchase
