Delivery policy

Delivery hours

12 noon–12 midnight, Saudi time. Expected delivery is within one hour. We confirm your order and delivery availability on WhatsApp.

Delivery fees

Up to and including 5 km: free for merchandise subtotals above SAR 50; otherwise SAR 10.

More than 5 km and up to and including 10 km: free for merchandise subtotals above SAR 200; otherwise SAR 15.

Over 10 km: SAR 15 plus SAR 2 per additional kilometer beyond 10 km, rounded up to the next whole kilometer. There is no free-delivery threshold in this zone.

Subtotals are calculated after discounts and exclude delivery. Exactly SAR 50 or SAR 200 does not qualify for the corresponding free-delivery threshold. These thresholds are not minimum orders.

How distance is calculated

Distance is measured in a straight line from our verified shop location to your selected delivery pin using the Haversine formula. It is not driving distance. The shop origin is 21.5590012, 39.2087398, at الأدباء، العزيزية، جدة 23342. View the shop on Google Maps.

For delivery beyond 10 km: fee = SAR 15 + SAR 2 × rounded-up kilometers beyond 10. At 13 km the fee is SAR 21. At 13.1 km it is SAR 23.

Your checkout fee

Your applicable delivery fee updates when you change your cart or delivery location and is displayed before you place your order. Until a location is selected, the fee is unknown and is not shown as free. Delivery is subject to our available coverage; we confirm availability with your order. No fixed maximum delivery radius is advertised.
